Precise Equipment is a leading manufacturer of gas control manifold systems and gas manifold accessories located in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. They came to us needing to update their web presence, give them the ability to sell their products online, and appear modern and nimble enough to compete with new market entrants. At the same time, they needed to maintain a brand image that placed them firmly in the competitive set of older, much larger firms.
One of the challenges we faced was presenting information and giving voice to three distinct product segments within their catalogue. We worked closely with their team to focus on what we wanted to convey to each segment and vertical regardless of differences in audience or usage: precision, precise, rigor, exactness, integrated, acute.

Having a product set that can be somewhat complex to the layperson, we suggested trying something a bit different for this client, developing commercial-like video assets that doubled as light customer tutorials. Precise Equipment became the first in their industry to utilize video via the web in such fashion and reported significantly shorter sales cycles due to higher customer understanding of their products.
Not having the ability to sell their products online was probably the biggest challenge and revenue opportunity that Precise equipment came to Realistic with. We deployed a fully customized WooCommerce installation clearly and simply allowing their customers to navigate, learn about, and purchase products directly from the web leading to a massive increase in overall sales.
